METHODS

Solution oriented approach

Overall, solution-focused goal setting provides a pragmatic and strengths-based approach to counseling. It focuses on the client’s goals, resources, and solutions rather than dealing with problems. By leveraging existing strengths and exploring small steps toward change, clients can make significant progress and achieve their desired outcomes

Needs-based

In needs-centered counseling, the focus is on the client and his or her individual needs. The point is that the client perceives himself better and understands what his needs and desires are. The counselor supports the client in identifying and naming his or her own needs, and then works together to develop solutions that help the client shape his or her life according to his or her needs and desires

CREATIVE

By noticing your inner images and expressing them through painting and design, you can use your creativity to gain new insights and perspectives. Painting and designing can help to make unconscious processes conscious and thus find new approaches to solving your concerns.

WHOLE

Holistic Psychosocial Counseling is an approach that considers the whole person, including their physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects, when counseling their concerns. In this approach, the counselor looks at the client’s problem from multiple perspectives and tries to understand the client’s entire situation. By taking a holistic view, the counselor can gain a comprehensive understanding of the client’s situation and offer a personalized counseling plan that addresses all aspects of wellness. This approach emphasizes the importance of counseling the whole person, not just their symptoms, and focuses on helping clients achieve balance and harmony in their lives.

BODY CENTERED

Your body always accompanies you. Thanks to various experiential exercises on the physical level, burdensome things can be let go and a new body experience can be made possible.

Cognitive behavioral approach

Cognitive behavioral approach is an approach to psychosocial counseling based on the assumption that our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are interconnected and influence each other. The goal of cognitive behavioral assessment is to identify and change negative thinking and behavior patterns to improve well-being.

RESOURCE-ORIENTED

By becoming aware of your strengths and identifying helpful strategies for coping with difficult circumstances, you can improve your quality of life and gain more confidence. It is important to reflect on what has helped you so far and where you can recharge and draw strength. Through a resource-oriented approach, you can strengthen your competencies and use your resources more effectively.

EFT – Emotional Freedom Technique?

(German Emotional Freedom Technique(s))

Emotional Freedom Techniques is the name of a therapeutic concept from the field of “energetic psychology” and represents a method for alleviating and treating stress and psychological disorders by stimulating acupressure points (tsubos). This tapping technique is used by hundreds of thousands of people around the world.

Emotional Freedom Techniques are beneficial for releasing negative thoughts and behaviors that are stored at the cellular level in our bodies.

Dr. George Goodheart is among the pioneers in the development of tapping methods, often referred to as “emotional acupuncture.” A well-known American chiropractor, he founded a department of chiropractic in the United States based on a specific method of examining the body to determine its individual needs.

A person’s emotional well-being is closely linked to their overall health and physical condition. Our mental health plays an important role in our healing ability and our physical health.

Psychological acupressure performed with EFT is an excellent way to overcome emotional barriers that can leave you “stuck” or deadlocked in certain areas of your life
